Update v.0.763 client and server
fixed the cause of incompatibility with the CF mod, GameLabs and its duplicates, I forgot to take into account that there are stupid modders and they may not check for GetRestApi... because according to the rules, if you create a CreateRestApi, you must close it with DestroyRestApi... but since there are those who hope that RestApi is not closed, remove DestroyRestApi from our mod.

исправлена причина не совместимости с модом CF, GameLabs и его дубликатами, я забыл учесть что бывают тупые мододелы и они могут не сделать проверку на GetRestApi... так как по правилам если ты создаешь CreateRestApi ты должен его закрыть DestroyRestApi... но раз есть те кто надеется что RestApi не закрыт, убираем DestroyRestApi из нашего мода.
