Update client and server Dayz v7.651 (inside client Black Hawk, Hommade, MH6)
1. Fixed bug in 1.21 version due to which helicopters fall through the floor in buildings.
2. A stub system dayz has been added if the ip address and port are not correct, then the secret server Dayz mod dayz does not turn on and the blades are transparent, to protect the helicopter from damage.
3. Several fixes in the code to optimize the flight of the helicopter at high speeds (about 200 km per hour)

1. Исправлен баг 1.21 версии из за которого вертолеты проваливаются через пол в зданиях.
2. Добавлена система dayz заглушки если ip адрес и порт не правильный то секретный серверный мод dayz не включается и лопасти прозрачные, чтоб защитить вертолет от повреждения.
3. Несколько фиксов в коде для оптимизации полета вертолета на больших скоростях(около 200км в час)
