1.Tweaked the HUD so that other mods made by newbies who don't know how to work with the HUD can't break the dashboard output
2. A lot of checks have been added to the GUI control menu from the 3rd person, that if some modder is new, instead of adding his own GUI, he will overwrite m_HudRootWidget (which you can’t do if you don’t want to get a bunch of errors and not working functions from other mods) with these there should be no more error checks in the logs.
3. "hud_1rdPerson": -1.0, "menu_1rdPerson": -1.0, parameter -1 disables full display of HUD or Menu buttons on the left

1.Доработано HUD так чтоб другие моды сделанные новичками не умеющими работать с HUD не могли сломать вывод приборной панели.
2. Добавлено оочень много проверок в GUI меню управления от 3го лица, что если какой то мододел новичок в место того чтоб дописать свое GUI перезапишет m_HudRootWidget( что делать категорически нельзя если не хотите получить кучу ошибок и не работающие функции у других модов) с этими проверками ошибок в логах больше не должно быть.
3. "hud_1rdPerson": -1.0, "menu_1rdPerson": -1.0, параметр -1 отключает полное отображение HUD или Menu кнопок с слева
