Added an additional client side gunner distance checking system dayz so there was no chance to get further from that distance even with mods that don't use walking but move the player in front by teleporting or pushing the player by emitting a run.

Добавлена дополнительная система dayz проверки расстояния стрелка на стороне клиента, чтобы не было возможности пройти дальше с этого расстояния даже с модами, которые не используют ходьбу, а перемещают игрока вперед, телепортируя или толкая игрока, эмитируя бег.
