There are 4 versions of the mod.
1 release - the one on github - free version.
2. beta version - not yet available.

4. pre alpha - appears before updating the alpha version in order to test the update on 10-15 projects before updating all projects. (you can get into pre-alpha when the news <#news> appears and fulfill the conditions)

Models with the _clear attribute mean that they will spawn without the auto-add parts system... so if you want to spawn a boat without any part, use the standard car event system dayz where you set the chance of the part spawning
